The people behind Treat the Planet

Stephanie Alves

Throughout my whole life I thought there must be something out there that can change the bad things I see happening around me.

It has made me passionated about helping people and supporting good actions.

Now I want to ensure that Treat the Planet is part of me.

Andrea Romano

When you are a little child, you start drawing the world around you as you like: peaceful, innocent, clean, colourful, beautiful.

Growing up as young man, you start experiencing many injustices and you feel upset. You think you can change the world, you want to do something.

I'm an adult now and sometimes I feel weak, impotent in front of the numerous problems we, as humanity, face every day. It's an overwhelming feeling.

Then I look at my little boy while learning to walk and I think that everything start with the first step.

One day my wife handed me a coloring pencil and invited me to draw together a colorful world where there was only grey. That is how Treat The World has born. I am happy to share my sociology knowledge and together do our part to protect the environment.

Maylor Bax

Hi! My name is Maylor Bax. Through my whole life I worked and studied with IT.

Til nowadays I've been working with no second thoughts. What do I mean? Most part of the time I'm a developer and by this I mean developing sites, mobile apps, backend code and similars. But now, I can really use my expertise to help the planet and the environment with "Treat the planet".

I'm really happy because it's a great opportunity and the reason I wasn't moved before was because the lack of opportunities. If you ask me, what is your worst fear about environment? I'd answer you: the water.

By the way, Mother Nature, year by year have been sending us a message about this. I'm really excited with this project and I expect to help by all means.

Glaucia Andriani

Since I was a child, my mom have told me that I was little girl who always looked for a good things.

And when I was growing up, this desire to see good things stayed with me. To see our planet healthy is part of. And I believe that  is not so difficult and any small things can make a big difference.

It is where we were born, where we live and where will die. We took all our livelihoods and food. Why we should want something different?

Priscila Rodrigues Barret

I was born and grew up in a big city, surrounded by buildings, pollution and fast food. It was only when I moved abroad that I realized how much greener, cleaner and better life could be. Since then my connection with nature has grown and so has my respect for it.

Needless to say, the more we know about the impact of human beings on nature the more upset and worried we get. Mother Nature is powerful and after all, we get in return, what we give. We must treat the planet the same way we want to be to treated and I am willing to do my part.
